… lest your fire wane.

Unquenchable it roars,

… seeking the kindling of uncertainty.

Mold the vessel,

…. a new shape, a new texture, a new space.

The space on the inside,

…. it’s everything.

Where you came and where you go,

… instantly filling.

The hand that holds,

… and the hand that culls.

Sadness and waning,

… signals of changing.

Joy and elation,

… signs of reframing.

Something into nothing,

… nothing into something.

You won’t forget importance,

… still it stands.

Begging to be known,

… oh so known.

Consummation indeed,

… what a joy to be freed.

Patiently wait for something,

… and it may arrive.

Diligently pursue something,

… and it will arrive.

Emotions overflow,

… seemingly dethroned.

Those old yearnings,

… now ancient text.

Bestow the truth,

… that only you know.

What’s exciting,

… what’s boring.

What’s enthralling,

… what’s gnawing.

Emotions guide the yard stick,

… measure on, brave soul.
